What does a skin analysis involve?
At Geelong Veins, Skin and Laser we offer a complimentary skin analysis performed by our qualified dermal therapist. Our dermal therapists have exceptional knowledge and experience in recognising and diagnosing skin conditions. Within a skin analysis, our dermal therapist will determine the level of severity of sun damage, fine lines, and wrinkles, vascularity as well as the degree of volume lost within the skin due to ageing and environmental factors. We will assess your skin and discuss any particular concerns you may have, after a close analysis of your skin assessment we will recommend the best possible treatments for you in order to gain optimal results for your individual skin concerns.
The consultation involves an assessment using the Reveal® Imager. This technology allows us to evaluate your underlying skin structure, in particular pigmentation and vascularity, to determine the most appropriate treatment to improve the quality of your skin. We are able to identify specific skin conditions which affect the appearance and health of your skin.
The Reveal also allows us to track the progress of your skin conditions, by offering detailed visual imagery allowing both the dermal clinician and yourself to observe the improvement and changes of the underlying skin structure. Following your Revel skin analysis, we customise a treatment plan suitable for your skin and recommend a home care regime to ensure you continue to receive the best results possible.

Charlotte it a fully qualified Beauty Therapist after graduating in early 2016. Charlottes love for the science behind beauty encouraged her to further her studies and is currently in the final year of a degree in Dermal Science at Victoria University.
She offers extensive knowledge of all skin conditions and disorders and is most passionate about educating her clients on the science behind the skin and how it should be taken care of. Charlotte can treat difficult pigmentation and vascular disorders opting for the use of laser therapies, BBL (Broad Band Light), chemical peels and more. Charlotte also treats unwanted hair using medical grade laser hair removal and electrolysis.
